MERITUS are recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to join a leading engineering consultancy delivering specialist electrical safety and monitoring solutions across various sectors.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from planning through to delivery and handover. Working closely with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and budget
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and project resources
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure project documentation, drawings, RAMS, and technical information are maintained
- Attend customer and site meetings as required
- Maintain accurate project reporting and CRM records
- Work closely with Engineering, Service, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
- Support project handovers and lessons learned reviews
- Essential: Experience managing or coordinating projects within an engineering, technical, construction, or healthcare environment
- Electrical background or understanding of electrical systems
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve project issues effectively
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
- Desirable: PRINCE2, APM, or similar project management qualification
- Experience working with engineering or technical delivery teams
- Knowledge of healthcare, construction, infrastructure, or building services projects
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
