Responsibilities:
- Lead techs on Base Maintenance checks and day to day task execution.
- Handle scheduled and unscheduled maintenance without hand holding.
- Drive defect rectification, investigations, mod work and engineering standards.
- Keep planners and managers informed so the operation stays on track.
- Maintain clean and accurate paperwork across all task cards.
- Uphold safety and quality, manage FOD prevention and general hangar standards.
What you need to bring:
- Five plus years' aircraft maintenance experience with at least three in Base Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, rigging, component change and mod embodiment.
- Solid structural repair knowledge.
- Confident using all recognised aircraft documentation.
- UK CAA AML or qualifying EASA AML.
- Type and recency on any Airbus or Boeing. Ideally: 737 Classic or NG, 757, 767, A320 family.
