MERITUS are recruiting for an Industrial Assembly Engineer to work night shifts for a large Aerospace business currently experiencing growth in Broughton, Flintshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing engineer with strong industrial assembly knowledge to play a key role in the development, deployment, and optimisation of manufacturing technologies, with a particular focus on drilling and fastening equipment and processes.

You will work across a technically complex production environment, driving process improvement, supporting capital investment projects, and delivering engineering solutions that improve manufacturing performance, quality, and efficiency.

Night shift - 30% shift allowance on top of hourly rate, Monday to Thursday 8:45pm - 6:00am.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the deployment and optimisation of manual and semi-automated drilling and fastening equipment.
  • Define and develop new industrial assembly equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical support and engineering solutions.
