You will lead the day-to-day inspection function, act as the technical bridge between Quality Management and the shop-floor team, and ensure components meet the highest standards before release.
This hands-on role requires practical leadership on the shop floor, mentoring inspectors, reading engineering drawings, and programming CMMs to support aerospace and defence programmes.
