Meritus is recruiting a CNC Turner Setter Operator to join a precision manufacturing client in Basildon.

You will set and operate Doosan and Haas CNC lathes to produce high‑quality components in line with engineering drawings and stringent quality standards.

You will fixture tooling, monitor tool wear, check surface finish and inspect parts during production to ensure they meet the required specifications and deadlines, contributing to continuous improvement in a busy shop floor environment.
