Senior Infrastructure Engineer | Windows & Linux | Defence Consultancy | Up to £80,000 + £5,000 bonus | Cheltenham | DV Clearance Required MERITUS are working with a leading defence consultancy looking to grow their Infrastructure Engineering function due to an influx of new project work. If successful you will join an experienced team working closely with UK government & defence clients to design, build & manage critical IT Infrastructure. The team manage both Windows & Linux server infrastructure including both on-prem & virtual (VMware) solutions. To be successful candidates will need strong experience in either Windows or Linux server administration, VMware administration & exposure to automation using PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python or similar languages. They’re looking for engineers in their Cheltenham, London & Ipswich offices & due to the nature of the clients they work with require candidates to be cleared to DV level. Main Responsibilities: Take a leading role in the design, build & management of secure platforms / infrastructure (windows & Linux).
