ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER - CUSTOMER FOCUSED - £55,000 PER ANNUM - SYSTEMS INTEGRATION BACKGROUND - TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE + INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL - FAST PROCESS - SECTOR: Aerospace / Systems Integration You'll manage multiple customer projects from order receipt through to final installation and handover, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Support, you'll ensure customers remain informed, project milestones are achieved and internal teams are aligned to deliver a first-class customer experience.
This role combines project management, customer engagement and engineering coordination, with regular travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities Manage engineering projects from order through to installation and final customer handover.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Support teams to deliver projects successfully.
