MERITUS are recruiting for a Project Management Business Partner to join our client in Aerospace on Building & Construction programmes in Broughton, Flintshire.
Supports the delivery of capital investment and building projects from feasibility through to design, execution, and final handover. Acts as a key partner to the Project Lead, ensuring projects are delivered in line with internal governance, compliance, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end delivery of CAPEX and construction projects, from business case through to completion.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder management frameworks.
- Partner with Project Lead to provide project management guidance, coaching, and delivery oversight.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Manage risk identification, mitigation planning, and opportunity tracking.
- Oversee milestone reviews, work package progress, and on-site delivery activities.
- Maintain clear and consistent project documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Experience delivering construction or capital investment projects in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
- Ability to work across multi-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven capability in stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Experience supporting budget management and project controls.
- Competent in project tools and reporting systems (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint or similar).
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements within construction environments.
