MERITUS are recruiting for a Project Management Business Partner to join our client in Aerospace on Building & Construction programmes in Broughton, Flintshire.
Supports the delivery of capital investment and building projects from feasibility through to design, execution, and final handover. Acts as a key partner to the Project Lead, ensuring projects are delivered in line with internal governance, compliance, and performance standards.
- Support end-to-end delivery of CAPEX and construction projects, from business case through to completion.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder management frameworks.
- Partner with Project Lead to provide project management guidance, coaching, and delivery oversight.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Manage risk identification, mitigation planning, and opportunity tracking.
- Maintain clear and consistent project documentation, reporting, and communication.
Experience delivering construction or capital investment projects in complex environments. Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks. Experience supporting budget management and project controls. Competent in project tools and reporting systems (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint or similar). Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements within construction environments.
