MERITUS are recruiting for a Building Construction Project Manager to join a leading aerospace and engineering organisation, delivering major construction, infrastructure, and facilities projects across a complex operational manufacturing environment.
We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital construction and infrastructure projects across aerospace manufacturing and engineering facilities. This client-side role offers responsibility for projects from feasibility and design through to commissioning and handover, supporting critical operational and production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead construction, facilities, and infrastructure projects through the full project life cycle.
- Develop project plans, CAPEX business cases, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with operational requirements.
- Manage project governance, contractor performance, stakeholder communications, and project reporting.
- Support commissioning, handover, and operational integration of completed projects.
