What you'll be doing:
- Certifying B1 work in the Midlands, working closely with the Maintenance Manager and Production Planner.
- Covering line station annual leave and responding to AOG call-outs - variety built into the role, with the trust to work independently.
- Completing maintenance documentation, technical logs and work orders to a high standard.
- Ensuring parts, tools and equipment are managed properly, working alongside logistics.
- Following proper handover procedures in line with the MOE.
- Keeping company premises to a high standard and flagging any facilities issues.
- Staying current on instructions, regulations, and maintenance/quality procedures.
- Speaking up through the SMS if you spot anything that doesn't meet the company's Flight Safety Standard - engineers who take ownership of safety, not just process, thrive here.
