The role pays a basic rate of £40.13 per hour, but when conducting overtime, you will be paid a 30% upliift on top of the hourly rate. NIGHTSHIFT LINESIDE ENGINEER - INSIDE IR35 - £52.16 PER HOUR (INCLUSIVE OF 30% NIGHTSHIT UPLIFT) - 9 MONTHS - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW - MUST HAVE HNC/HND OR BENG Provide hands-on technical support to production teams, resolving manufacturing issues, minimising disruption and improving quality, efficiency and production flow. Working closely with operators, FLMs and engineering/support functions, you will investigate technical problems, manage non-conformances and rework, and provide the technical information needed to keep production moving. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve shopfloor production and technical issues . Identify, document and support resolution of Non-Conformances (NCs), assembly anomalies and defects .
