We're hiring a Business Development Representative to build the outbound pipeline behind that growth. You'll be an early hire on a commercial team we're scaling, working pipeline for our senior account director across both product lines. The accounts you open are the accounts that move the business. This is a research-led role, not a dial-for-dollars one. Our buyers are senior and technical, and they punish generic outreach. We want someone who plans an account before they touch it and writes their own messaging.
What you'll do:
- Run strategic, account-based outbound to senior decision-makers
- Qualify inbound leads from our campaigns, events, and content
- Book qualified meetings for our senior account director
- Write your own outreach and campaign messaging
- Keep a clean CRM and report accurately on pipeline each week
What we're looking for:
- 1 - 2 years BDR or SDR experience in B2B tech or SaaS
- A real outbound track record you can put numbers to
- Strategic instincts – you research accounts, you don’t just hammer the phone
- Strong writing – you build your own sequences
- Comfort selling across SMB and mid-market
We care more about coachability than years on the clock. If you're early in your career but sharp, curious, and hungry, we want to hear from you.
What you'll get:
- £35k - £42k base depending on experience
- Uncapped commission, £50k - £62k realistic OTE
- Remote working, with a day in our Woking office every couple of weeks
- A ground-floor seat on a growing commercial team, backed by serious investment
