What you’ll be doing:
- Owning renewals and driving £600k+ in annual upsell across strategic accounts
- Delivering 110%+ net revenue retention
- Multi-threading senior marketing and sales stakeholders across complex orgs
- Building expansion plans across multiple product lines
- Creating the playbook and processes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
What you’ll need:
- 3-8 years in Account Management or Customer Success with direct revenue ownership
- A strong track record of upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- SaaS experience (MarTech or ABM is ideal)
- Recent experience working in a scale-up environment
