Most SDR roles hand you a script, a target, and a prayer. This one hands you a seat at the table. We are hiring a Sales Development Rep for a fast-growing consulting and SaaS business that is genuinely on a tear. Founded in 2021, already profitable, £2M ARR, and gunning for £4M this year. They have just landed strategic investment from a major technology group, built a strong European presence as a global Monday.com partner, and now they are eyeing the US. Not bad for a four-year-old business. You would be joining before that chapter kicks off.
What’s in it for you? £40-45K base with £15-20K OTE on top (uncapped, so the ceiling is yours to set), private health insurance, perks, and a central London office you will actually want to show up to once or twice a week.
You will be selling into mid-market and enterprise businesses going through digital transformation, working directly with senior leadership who have actually done this before, and helping shape the sales playbook rather than just executing someone else’s. Your contribution here genuinely matters.
What you will actually be doing:
- Generating outbound pipeline
- Booking meetings
- Running multi-channel outreach into the UK
