We’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next stage of growth by building pipeline, starting meaningful conversations, and creating real commercial momentum. This is a role for someone early in their sales career who wants real responsibility, clear targets, and a fast path to progression.
Role Overview
As an SDR at Elements, you will own the top of the funnel. You won’t just follow scripts, you’ll learn how to identify high-quality prospects, tailor outreach, and qualify opportunities that convert. You’ll work closely with our VP of Growth to turn outbound and inbound activity into revenue-driving conversations. This role is built for someone competitive, curious, and motivated by measurable results.
What You Will Own
- Pipeline Generation & Outreach
- Proactively source and engage new prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Build targeted outbound campaigns aligned to ICPs and verticals
- Continuously test and refine messaging based on performance
- Lead Qualification
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria (need, budget, decision-makers)
- Identify genuine opportunities and progress them efficiently
- Book high-quality meetings
- Account & Market Research
- Research target accounts and map key stakeholders
- Understand prospect pain points and tailor outreach accordingly
- CRM & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Track performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Use data to improve approach, not just report on it
- Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align on strategy and campaigns
- Actively improve objection handling, discovery skills, and sales fundamentals
