A bit about the company: Fraud is a growing problem. The legal and property industries are still catching up. Most law firms and estate agencies are verifying identities and screening for money laundering with slow, manual processes. It creates friction for clients, regulatory exposure for firms, and a whole lot of unnecessary admin for everyone involved. This company has built the platform that fixes that. Think automated KYC, source of funds checks, and AML compliance, wrapped into a clean, modern product that legal and property professionals actually want to use. They have been at it since 2017, have over 100 people, and recently expanded their reach into residential lettings. Series B backed. Genuinely in-demand.
Now they need an SDR who wants to get in front of compliance officers, practice managers, and senior partners and start real conversations about a problem they deal with every day.
What you will be doing:
- Building pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn. All three, consistently.
- Running outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads from marketing.
- Handing warm, qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Keeping Salesforce clean and accurate.
- Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong Engage as your daily toolkit.
You should apply if you:
- Have 1–2 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
- Are genuinely comfortable picking up the phone and making cold calls. Not just tolerating it.
- Run multi-channel outreach without being chased to do it.
- Have any exposure to compliance, AML, or KYC. Not essential, but it will help you hit the ground running faster.
The setup: London hybrid, 3 days in the office. You will be sitting within the marketing function, reporting into the SDR Manager, with AEs as close partners from day one. £35–45k base. £50–65k OTE. Real progression into a fast-moving scale-up that is solving a genuine problem in a regulated industry.
