Overview

Responsibilities
- Developing the playbook and leading a high-performing sales team
- Managing complex sales cycles from pipeline to close
- Being the face of the company at industry events
- Forging relationships with energy buyers, project developers, and key stakeholders
- Working with marketing to create campaigns that actually convert
- Constantly refining the approach based on results and market movement

Qualifications
- 5+ years leading sales in battery, solar, EV charging, or similar clean tech
- Proven track record hitting (and smashing) revenue targets
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite buyers

- Network you can tap into and credibility to open doors
