About the business
A $200m+ global SaaS business with 700 people worldwide. Their AI‑driven product analytics show companies what's working and what isn't, helping thousands of digital‑first businesses drive adoption and retention. They're scaling fast across EMEA, with startup energy and enterprise stability.
The role
This is a first‑line role – you'll own outbound into the French market from the ground up. You'll work alongside a sales leader with a track record of turning early‑career reps into top performers, with daily coaching built in from day one. You'll prospect and qualify opportunities across France, engage French‑speaking decision‑makers in SaaS and tech, and run outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events in both French and English. This isn't a 'figure it out yourself' SDR job – it's structured, hands‑on tech sales with a clear path up.
What you'll be doing
- Building and managing your own outbound pipeline across France
- Engaging French‑speaking decision‑makers in SaaS and tech
- Running multi‑channel outbound – phone, email, LinkedIn, and events – in French and English
- Partnering with AEs on territory and pipeline strategy
- Keeping the CRM clean and accurate
- Bringing ideas that lift outbound performance for the whole team
What we're looking for
- Fluent French (native or near‑native) and strong professional English
- 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales, lead‑gen, or customer‑facing experience (internships and bootcamps count)
- Comfortable with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Cognism
- Early‑career or career‑changer with grit, curiosity, and a genuine learning mindset
- Happy on the phone and on video, for a full day of prospecting
What success looks like
By 90 days, you're running a full outbound motion into France – consistently booking qualified meetings, working closely with your AE partner on territory strategy, and building the CRM hygiene and multi‑channel habits the next promotion is built on.
