The French enterprise market is wide open, and someone is about to own it. A global B2B SaaS business in the product and digital experience space is hiring its next enterprise seller for France. They help large organisations understand how people actually use their software, where users get stuck, and whether all that digital investment is paying off. Established globally, genuinely credible with enterprise buyers, and still treating France as greenfield. This is a hunter's seat. Not a book to defend, a market to build.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own new business across France's largest enterprises, including household-name groups
  • Create your own pipeline rather than wait on inbound
  • Run long, multi-threaded cycles across Product, Digital, IT and the C‑suite
  • Sell business outcomes and transformation, not demos
  • Pull in the CEO, CTO, VP Product and EMEA leadership when a deal needs them

Who you are:

  • Native French, business‑level English
  • 5+ years selling enterprise SaaS, full cycle
  • Real evidence you created the opportunity rather than inherited it
  • Comfortable with large, complex, committee‑heavy deals
  • A builder’s instinct. Startup, scale‑up or challenger background sits well here
  • Genuinely using AI to sharpen research, prospecting and deal strategy.

£100,000 to £120,000 base, double OTE, RSUs and a three‑month guarantee. London or Paris.

If you were handed thirty major French accounts with barely any pipeline, would you back yourself to build it?
