Who You Are
- 1–2 years of work experience, ideally in SDR/BDR, quota-carrying, or outbound prospecting roles.
- Fluent in German and English – you will work with DACH customers daily.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a customer-first mindset – you take action and move conversations forward.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven – comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Interested in technology and eager to learn about SaaS solutions.
- Willing to travel occasionally (up to 10%).

- Research and prospect new business across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with full context.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets.
