This is a remote role, though you'll be expected in the Woking office once every two weeks. This isn't a stealth startup hoping to find its feet. It's an established UK B2B software company with two decades in its market, 200+ customers, and award-winning products. It's recently been through a merger and fresh investment, so it has the balance sheet of a grown-up and the energy of a business entering a new growth phase.

Two product lines, two sophisticated buyer audiences, and serious ambition behind the commercial team. That's where you come in. You'd be one of the early BDR hires as the company scales its outbound engine, which means the pipeline you build is the pipeline that matters - and the path from here is wide open. This is a research-led role, not a dial-for-dollars one. The buyers are senior and they punish generic outreach, so the BDR who wins is the one who plans an account before they touch it and writes their own messaging.

You'll run account-based outbound and qualify the inbound that marketing and events bring in.

What you'll own:

  • Strategic, account-based outbound to senior decision-makers
  • Qualifying inbound leads from campaigns, events, and content
  • Booking qualified meetings for a senior account director
  • Writing your own campaign and outreach messaging
  • Clean CRM, accurate pipeline reporting, and weekly forecasting

What we're looking for:

  • 1 - 2 years BDR or SDR experience in B2B tech or SaaS
  • A real outbound track record you can put numbers to
  • Strategic instincts - you research accounts, you don't just hammer the phone
  • Strong writing - you build your own sequences, not pre-baked ones
  • Comfortable selling across SMB and mid-market

Remote, with one day in Woking every two weeks. £35k - £42k base with uncapped commission. If this sounds like the role for you, apply now.
