ABOUT US
EdgeComply is a product compliance service provider for manufacturers worldwide. The headache we solve: to sell products in Europe and beyond, manufacturers need certifications like CE marking. Otherwise, they risk fines, product recalls, and personal prosecution. But the process is confusing, and the market is dominated by slow, old-school behemoths that are a pain to work with. That’s where we come in: We are a modern, agile, digital, and fast compliance consultancy. Our Project Managers work on-site in London and are supported by a vast, highly vetted pool of remote compliance experts who execute the technical work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Full-Time | On-Site (London, Design District)
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career to level up their game. You are Account Executive #1, working closely with our CEO & Founder to receive close mentorship. You will own the entire sales cycle, from the first call to the closing signature, with leads generated for you (no cold calling required!). You will work directly under our Founder, speaking with upper management, technical teams, and sales leaders at small-to-mid-sized industrial manufacturers in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Calls: Preparation is key: Research the lead to understand their specific circumstances and compliance obligations. Lead the conversation: Run the sales calls, help clients clarify their challenges and explain how EdgeComply clears their path to compliance.
- Proposals & Solution Development: Craft the offer: You will create client proposals (using Figma) and calculate accurate quotes. Go the extra mile: Record personalised videos to explain your thinking and build additional sales materials (references, pricing examples) as needed.
- Work the Sales Pipeline: Keep deals moving: You manage our active pipeline and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Handovers & Project Kick-Offs: Smooth transition: Ensure an A+ handover from sales to service delivery by briefing the compliance team thoroughly. Kick-off: Join project kick-off calls to ensure the client feels supported from Day 1.
- Tradeshows (TBD): Future growth: While we currently rely on ads and email, we expect to expand into trade shows across the UK, US, and Canada. Be ready to travel and represent EdgeComply on the ground!
