About This Opportunity
London Hybrid. AI Martech. Full Commercial Ownership. Founders You'll Actually Work With. 24-Month Mission With a Defined Exit. Ready to Scale.
We're working with a fast-growing AI-powered B2B marketing platform that's changing how revenue teams run personalised ABM campaigns at scale. Founded two years ago, £4M raised, customers including some of the most recognisable names in B2B SaaS, and growing fast. They now need their first commercial leader to take them from where they are to £10M ARR, and there's a structured £500k–£1M exit on the table for the person who gets them there.
About Our Client
They've built an ABM platform that lets B2B go-to-market teams create and distribute personalised 1:1 campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Meta, and web without any design or dev resource. The founding team came out of Salesforce and one of the most talked-about SaaS companies of the last few years. Sharp, mission-driven, and actively involved in the day-to-day.
This isn't a business where your impact disappears into a department of fifty people.
Why You Should Join and Why Now
- Get in at the ground floor before the Series A changes the dynamic
- Own the entire commercial function with full founder backing
- Build the playbook from scratch rather than inheriting someone else's
- A defined financial exit in approximately 24 months, not vague equity promises
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the full commercial function, strategy, process, pipeline, forecasting, and execution
- Closing your own deals (£20k–£80k ACV) while building the structure that scales beyond you
- Defining the ICP, outbound playbook, and qualification criteria from scratch
- Hiring the first SDR or AE when the time is right
- Working directly with the founders with full commercial authority on pricing, positioning, and GTM
You Should Apply If You…
- Have genuinely done the 0 to £10M ARR journey at a B2B SaaS company. Not witnessed it. Done it.
- Have closed mid-market deals and owned the full cycle with no hand-offs
- Have the scars that come with building in an environment with no playbook and no warm inbound
- Are motivated by the exit, not just the base salary
Key Info Summary
- Location: London Hybrid
- Compensation: £110–140k base / £220–280k OTE + equity + £500k–£1M exit
- Stage: Series A-bound, real revenue, scaling commercial team
