The Role
Employee #3 in sales. Report directly to the founders. Founding Account Executive who runs deals and helps build the enterprise motion. Own full‑cycle deals with compliance and risk teams at banks. Shape the sales playbook from scratch. Help scale from £1M to £10M ARR.
You Have
- 4+ years selling £50k+ deals to financial services (or adjacent)
- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
- Experience with 3-6 month deal cycles
- Comfortable building your own pipeline
- Actually want to be a founding AE (not just saying it)
