BDR (Sales Development role) at a $200M+ Revenue SaaS and AI Scaleup. Hybrid London Role. £50-62K OTE (Uncapped). Full Time Permanent. Immediate Start. Open to people with a year or more of Sales and B2B Prospecting experience.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities across EMEA.
- Research and engage decision-makers within SaaS and tech-driven businesses.
- Execute smart multi channel outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Partner with Account Executives on territory plans and pipeline strategy.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute ideas that improve team performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales, lead-gen, or customer-facing experience (internships and bootcamps count).
- Confident using a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, Cognism etc.
- Early-career or career-changer with grit, curiosity, and a learning mindset.
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people over the phone and on video.
- Resilient, proactive, and driven by clear goals.
What Success Looks Like
- Meeting and exceeding activity and pipeline targets (this is an over target team, and the standards are high).
- Building trust with AEs and adding measurable value to the sales process.
- Mastering outbound fundamentals within 3-6 months.
- Become a key member of the team, bringing great energy, ideas and impact through your attitude and how you show up as a professional.
