What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle – prospect, demo, close, and expand multi-venue deals.
- Build and manage a personal pipeline that consistently beats monthly KPIs.
- Source new business through events, referrals, cold outreach, and on-site visits.
- Lead product walk-throughs in person or via video, translating features into ROI.
- Guide new venues through onboarding and champion their success post-sale.
- Act as “the voice of the operator”, feeding insights back to product and engineering.
- Pitch in across the start-up – from marketing sprints to installer training – when needed.
What you bring
- Deep roots in restaurant, hospitality, POS, delivery, or wholesale – you know the operators, and they know you.
- 2-plus years of quota-carrying success as an Account Executive or similar.
- Track record of smashing KPIs in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Comfortable with self-direction – you plan your week, hit the pavement, and deliver.
- Natural storyteller – confident in person, on the phone, and over video.
- Full professional English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Startup mindset – energetic, resourceful, team-first.
