Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Location: Birmingham (Hybrid, 3 days in office) | Type: Full-time

This business has gone from £500K to £25M in revenue. From 11 people to nearly 500. They now power 100,000+ users across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facilities management. Basically, they help tradespeople run their businesses without drowning in paperwork.
They\’ve got offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. They\’re building AI-first products. They\’re expanding into computer-aided facilities management. And they\’re scaling hard across Europe and beyond.

The Role:
You\’ll be the first voice prospects hear. Your job is simple: start conversations, qualify ruthlessly, and book demos that actually close.
Here\’s what your day looks like:
- Picking up the phone (a lot)
- Sending emails and LinkedIn messages that get replies
- Researching accounts so you actually know who you\’re talking to
- Qualifying prospects so Sales doesn\’t waste time on tyre kickers
- Keeping HubSpot and Salesloft squeaky clean
- Working with Marketing and Sales to test new messaging
- Occasionally heading to events to meet prospects face-to-face
This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people. Someone who gets a buzz from hitting targets. And someone who wants to build a proper career in SaaS sales, not just coast.
What You\’ll Bring:
- 6–12+ months in B2B SaaS or SDR
- A track record of actually hitting (or smashing) your numbers
- The ability to hold a conversation and build rapport fast
- Resilience when people say no (spoiler: they will)
- Curiosity, coachability, and a \”figure it out\” attitude
- Good organisational skills because chaos doesn\’t close deals

- You know your way around LinkedIn Sales Navigator
