We’re growing quickly and hiring around 12 people across multiple client campaigns. If you’re good on the phone, or think you could be with the right training, this will be one of the better sales roles you’ll see.

How to prepare for a job interview at meritt.

Know Your Stuff

Before the interview, make sure you understand the company’s approach to cold calling and their values. Familiarise yourself with their client base and think about how you can contribute to their success. This shows you’re genuinely interested and not just looking for any job.

Show Off Your Communication Skills

Since this role is all about speaking to decision-makers, practice your phone skills. You might want to do mock calls with a friend or family member. Focus on being clear, confident, and engaging. Remember, it’s not just about what you say, but how you say it!

Be Ready to Discuss Your Attitude

The company values attitude over experience, so be prepared to talk about your mindset and how you handle challenges. Share examples of times when you’ve shown resilience or adaptability. This will help them see that you’re a good fit for their team culture.

Ask Smart Questions

At the end of the interview, have a few thoughtful questions ready. Ask about their training process or how they measure success in the role. This not only shows your interest but also helps you gauge if the company is the right fit for you.
