The Role Own the full sales cycle – prospect, demo, close. Sell £5-10K ACV deals to general contractors and facilities managers. Work directly with UK Sales Director Chris Pisano to build pipeline and scale the UK team. £400K+ annual revenue target. You'll close 40-80 deals per year. Real autonomy, real impact, real equity.
What We're Looking For Sales DNA matters more than construction experience. We want curious, coachable, gritty communicators who've consistently hit quota. Whether you're an experienced AE (2-4 years closing) or a top-performing SDR ready to step up – if you can sell consultatively into operational buyers, we want to talk.
