The Role

  • Close £650k annually. Self-source £500k of it.
  • Deal size: £40k-£60k ACV.
  • Sales cycle: 30-60 days.
  • Buyers: Partners, compliance officers, C-suite in legal/property/financial sectors.
  • You'll hunt new business, expand existing accounts, and build relationships at senior levels in regulated industries.
  • This isn't an inbound-heavy role - you create your own opportunities through prospecting, networking, and showing up at industry events.

You

  • 2+ years closing B2B deals (£20k+ ACV)
  • Self-starter who builds pipeline without being told
  • Comfortable selling to senior buyers in conservative sectors
  • Consultative approach - you solve problems, not just pitch product
  • Experience in legal/property/financial services or SaaS is a plus

  • 45min with hiring manager
  • 75min in-person case study (deal review + presentation + values)
  • 45min with co-founder

First 90 days success: Build enough pipeline to close one deal.
