As Build Site Manager, you will be a No 2 on site reporting to the Project Manager on site. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of site operations
  • Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce
  • Ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained
  • Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Managing site documentation, reporting, and compliance
  • Delivering projects to the highest standards of quality

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector
  • Strong track record delivering projects (commercial, industrial, or public sector preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ and site compliance
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
