Meriton Associates are currently partnering with a highly respected regional construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex commercial, education, public sector and industrial projects across the South of England. With decades of experience, this contractor is known for high-quality project delivery, strong client relationships, and a collaborative working culture. They are seeking an experienced Build Project Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of projects from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects, typically up to £20m in value, across both public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate with commercial and design teams to drive project performance
  • Resolve on-site challenges proactively

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
  • Background in main contracting is essential
  • Experience delivering projects of circa £10m
