Meriton Associates is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a dynamic role overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Surrey. Our ideal candidate will thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously (up to 3), from pre-construction stages right through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contracts involving commercial, educational, and healthcare developments in both public and private sectors (project sizes range from £1M to £30M).
  • Ensure seamless involvement from initial planning through to handover.
  • Coordinate effectively across a mix of projects and sectors.

Requirements

  • Strong background in contract management, ideally within the M3/M25 area.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Commercial, Health, Education & Residential will be preferred.
  • Previous experience with both Public & Private sector clients will be preferred.
