We are working with a well-established main contractor known for delivering high-quality refurbishment, new build and bespoke construction projects across the South of England. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail, they operate across residential, commercial and design & build sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of high-spec projects.
The Role:
- Managing all finishing trades on site to ensure exceptional quality standards
- Snagging, de-snagging and handover processes
- Driving programme to ensure timely completion
- Maintaining high-end client expectations and presentation
- Working closely with Site Manager and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on high-end residential or refurbishment projects
- Strong eye for detail and quality
- Ability to manage multiple trades in the final phases
- Good communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
