We are working with a well-established main contractor known for delivering high-quality refurbishment, new build and bespoke construction projects across the South of England. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail, they operate across residential, commercial and design & build sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of high-spec projects.

The Role:

  • Managing all finishing trades on site to ensure exceptional quality standards
  • Snagging, de-snagging and handover processes
  • Driving programme to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining high-end client expectations and presentation
  • Working closely with Site Manager and subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on high-end residential or refurbishment projects
  • Strong eye for detail and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple trades in the final phases
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
