Build Site Manager East Hampshire Permanent | Up to £70,000 Salary + Package
The Role
As Build Site Manager, you will be a No 2 on site reporting to the Project Manager on site. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site operations
- Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce
- Ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained
- Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Managing site documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Delivering projects to the highest standards of quality
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector
- Strong track record delivering projects (commercial, industrial, or public sector preferred)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of HSEQ and site compliance
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
