You will be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of our UK Civil Service, Devolved and Local Government datasets, which are delivered to clients via our online Dods People service, and will play an important role in the team\’s work ahead of the upcoming Scottish and Welsh parliament elections in 2026. Our service provides vital support to the work of public affairs and communications professionals, as well as members of Parliament and central government.

The Dods People team are based in London, and we would be looking for the successful candidate to be based at our London office on Borough High Street. Colleagues spend some of their working week in the office and some days working from home (usually 2-3 days in the office per week).

What\’s it like to work with us?

At Dods we focus on our 3C\’s: Collaboration, Continuous improvement, and Customers. The office is small enough that everyone knows everyone\’s name, so colleagues work across teams on shared projects.

We\’ve provided political intelligence for 190 years, and while we\’re looking into how to leverage artificial intelligence, we know that it\’s still our people and how we support our customers personally that makes us different. Work can be fast-paced – there\’s an expectation that a customers can get straight through to their Consultant or Account Manager to ask a question and get a quick answer. This means that if a colleague is out-of-office, we cover for each other. It\’s a very engaging environment to work in, and while it can be busy, you know that there are always great colleagues around to support you.
