We have an opportunity for the role of Clinical & Sales Specialist – Structural Heart / TAVI

Location : Midlands and Wales Territory (UNITED KINGDOM)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Structural Heart business and play a key role in the development and expansion of the TAVI programme.

The Clinical & Sales Specialist – Structural Heart will be a hybrid clinical and commercial expert, acting as a trusted resource to interventional cardiologists, cardiac teams, referring physicians and hospital stakeholders throughout the patient journey β€” from identification and diagnosis of patients with aortic stenosis, through patient selection and treatment planning, to TAVI implantation and post-procedure follow-up.

The role will combine clinical expertise, field-based procedural support, physician education, account development and consultative selling. Working closely with Territory Managers, Sales Management and the Business Unit Head, the Specialist will develop strategic accounts, strengthen referral pathways, support adoption of TAVI therapy and contribute directly to commercial growth.

The successful candidate will become an expert in the company's Structural Heart portfolio, including TAVI technology, clinical evidence, indications, guidelines, device handling and implantation techniques, while developing a deep understanding of the clinical and commercial dynamics of the TAVI market.

Role Profile

This position is suited to an experienced Field Clinical Specialist, Therapy Specialist, Clinical Sales Specialist or Senior Sales Specialist who wants to operate at the intersection of clinical excellence and commercial growth.

The successful individual will not simply sell a TAVI valve or provide procedural support. They will help develop the entire therapy pathway β€” identifying appropriate patients, strengthening referral networks, educating physicians, supporting TAVI procedures, developing strategic accounts and ultimately increasing appropriate adoption of TAVI therapy.

The role therefore requires an individual who can be equally credible in the Cath lab, in front of a cardiologist discussing clinical evidence, and in a strategic account meeting with hospital leadership or the sales team.
