About the Opportunity
This programme offers hands-on training across the core areas of building and managing a business. You'll start by gaining direct customer acquisition and campaign delivery experience while developing key communication skills, progressively taking on greater operational and leadership responsibilities as you grow.
What You'll Learn & Develop
- Leadership & Management: Coaching, team training, recruitment and onboarding.
- Commercial Operations: Business planning, campaign logistics and financial management.
- Performance Tracking: Setting targets, managing KPIs and improving campaign performance.

Who We're Looking For
- Ambitious, coachable individuals interested in management, business growth or entrepreneurship.

- No previous management experience required - backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, events, sales or sports are welcomed.
- Must be available for an immediate or short-notice start in Middlesbrough.
