We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to be part of the lovely team at our Crowne Plaza Reading East( M4 Jct 10) Eskdale Road, Winnersh WokinghamRG41 5TS
Located adjacent to the Winnersh Triangle station, and within very close proximity of Reading and Wokingham, this very busy hotel consists of 174 bedrooms with 8 conference suites for up to 180 in the largest suite, 2 AA Caprice Fine Dining Restaurant & Terrace, Monty's Lounge bar and Esprit Fitness and Spa
We are looking for a dynamic BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR to be instrumental in running our busy breakfast and lunch service at the hotel.
You will meet & greet all guests with a fantastic welcome . You will be responsible for directing guests to their seating and effectively 'handing over' to a waiter. You need to ensure the breakfast service is run smoothly and efficiently whilst at the same time also ensuring that all guest charges have been correctly posted onto Micros.
You will be stationed at the meet & greet station and will be required to oversee the overall breakfast operations, where the number of covers could be potentially in excess of 150 guests
You will supervise the team; ensure that the breakfast buffet set up is maintained to the highest standards at all times, and that the restaurant area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and set up.
On conclusion of the breakfast shift at 11 .00, you will be responsible for lunch service in the Montys Lounge Bar area and any conference lunches in the 2AA Captice Restaurant .
The shift commences at 06.00 and finishes at 14.00 five days a week including weekends, and would suit an individual who prefers working on early shifts
You need to be highly organised with attention to detail
Positive references are essential
