We are looking for an ASSISTANT RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER for our Crowne Plaza Reading
The Company
You will be part of the team for our new Crowne Plaza in Reading, consisting of 174 spacious new bedrooms, a brand‑new Conference Centre with 8 conference suites for up to 200 in the largest Buckingham Suite, a Fine Dining 2AA Rosette Restaurant & Terrace, new Lounge Bar and Esprit Wellness & Spa.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Lounge & Bar Manager for our Montys Bar & Lounge.
Ideal candidates should have experience as a Bar Supervisor or Assistant Lounge & Bar Manager in an internationally branded hotel or busy bar environment.
Previous experience in Micros will be an advantage
You will be required to work hands on for 5 straight shifts per week and to have very positive customer care skills and a can‑do attitude.
You should have positive references and a stable previous employment record.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
