About the Role and Team
We are seeking a motivated Finance Graduate to join our Finance team based in our Sydney office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of finance and accounts functions while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is available in a full-time and part-time (minimum 3 days a week) capacity. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will assist with day-to-day financial operations and provide support across a variety of finance activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Company credit card reconciliation.
- Assist with receipting and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the finance team with a range of ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements and other finance projects as required.
About you
We are interested in candidates with a can-do attitude who have completed, or are in the final year of, their degree, have maintained strong academic results, and are motivated to build a successful career in Finance. To be successful in the role, you will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines with confidence.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine willingness to support and contribute positively to the team.
