Meridian High School is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Lead (Student Services) to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in providing medical support, first aid, and pastoral care to our students, ensuring their health and wellbeing needs are met within the school environment. Responsibilities

  • Administer first aid to students during school activities and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and care plans for students.
  • Support students with ongoing health conditions.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students in need.
  • Coordinate with staff, parents and external agencies to promote a safe and supportive environment.
  • Handle medical situations and emergencies with confidence and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • A relevant first‑aid qualification and experience providing medical support in a school or similar setting.
