Your opportunity: Meridian High School are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive, dynamic and ambitious department. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to support identified students with SEND inside the classroom to ensure learning is accessible and progress is made.

What we're looking for:

  • Good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
  • Passionate about positively changing the lives of children/students.
  • Basic IT Skills.
  • An effective communicator.
  • NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

The Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1- £23,914 + Outer London Weighting Allowance.
  • Actual Salary: £18,572.91 + Outer London Weighting Allowance.
  • Hours of work: 32.5hrs per week (term time only).
  • Closing Date: 28th June 2026.
  • Interview date: TBA.
