Your opportunity
Meridian High School are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive, dynamic and ambitious department. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to support identified students with SEND inside the classroom to ensure learning is accessible and progress is made.
What we're looking for:
- Good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
- Passionate about positively changing the lives of children/students.
- Basic IT Skills.
- An effective communicator.
- NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

- Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1- £23,914 + Outer London Weighting Allowance.
- Actual Salary: £18,572.91 + Outer London Weighting Allowance.
- Hours of work: 32.5hrs per week (term time only).
