Your Opportunity
Meridian High School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive, dynamic and ambitious department. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to support identified students with SEND inside the classroom to ensure learning is accessible and progress is made.
Responsibilities
Provide classroom support to meet the individual educational needs of students with SEND, ensuring learning is accessible and progress is made.
Qualifications
- Good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
- Passionate about positively changing the lives of children/students.
- Basic IT Skills.
- NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1- £23,914 + Outer London Weighting Allowance
Actual Salary: £18,572.91 + Outer London Weighting Allowance
Hours of work: 32.5hrs per week (term time only)
