We are seeking a dedicated and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to support identified students with SEND inside the classroom to ensure learning is accessible and progress is made.

What We\’re Looking For

• Good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
• Passionate about positively changing the lives of children/students.
• Basic IT skills.
• An effective communicator.
• NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1- £23,651 + Outer London Weighting Allowance

Actual Salary: £18,368.65

Hours of work: 32.5hrs per week (term time only)
