The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
The service provides an on call support for our domiciliary care branches outside of the usual office hours.
You would be responsible for taking calls from our care teams and service users and providing practical help and advice on various scenario\’s that occur during early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Full training is provided although the role would best suit someone who:
- Has experience or would thrive working in a busy fast paced environment
- Is strong team player
- Enjoys problem solving
- Possesses a keen eye for detail
- Great communicator both written and verbal along with an excellent telephone manner
- Has excellent IT skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
AM shifts available Monday Friday (06.00am 09.00am, 07.00am 09.00am and 17.00pm to 22.00pm)
Weekend shifts available – (06.00am 12.00pm, 12.00pm 17.00pm and 17.00pm 22.00pm)
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
Full-time hours: 37.5 per week
