We’re hiring a pure hunter to build pipeline and close our first wave of Returns Audits and ongoing retainers.
Responsibilities:
- Build outbound pipeline via LinkedIn + email + phone
- Target UK e-commerce retailers (typical £5m–£50m revenue) shipping internationally (EU/US especially)
- Run discovery: returns volumes, duty/VAT exposure, data readiness, eligibility fit
- Close performance-based audits and convert to ongoing service tiers
- Build partner channels with 3PLs, freight forwarders, returns platforms
What we’re looking for / Qualifications:
- Proven outbound BD experience (you can create pipeline from zero)
- Comfortable selling a compliance-led, ROI-driven service to Ops/Finance/Logistics leaders
- Strong activity levels + tight follow-up + structured CRM habits
